Organization Change Management
Organization Change Management
Organization Change Management (OCM)) a broad term that involves transformation, process recognition and adoption of core principles to change. It involves people, process and technology and a clear vision to evolve. The transformation requires being aware of strengths, problems, opportunities and threats. It requires a leadership team that generates the desire to move forward, with applied knowledge, driving ambition and the willingness to act and realize change, with a high degree of intellect and emotional resilience.
Reducing attrition, with retention is the key, as some people and organizations go eagerly toward change, moving in a new direction. While others “talk the talk” and fall back to old familiar habits that don’t work. Change requires discipline to create new habits as people are hesitant to change and undermine, complain and sabotage.
Real change and transformation, internally or externally, happens when intellect and emotional intelligence move toward acceptance. Real change can’t happen until we accept and manage new behaviors. Managing the process is important. People need to see progress, to be reassured, with hindsight, insight and foresight we do what is needed to manage and adopt to the change.

We work together to reinforce change
